    Loch Ness Monster in 3D

"It's unbelievable. We've lived here all our lives and never seen anything like it" say local residents.
A recent 3D image from Media55 is of "Nessie", the world famous underwater monster that lives (we think) in the thousand foot murky depths of Scotland's Loch Ness. The image is based on a conventional photo of the loch itself with a 3D object created in Lightwave 3D; compositing was also done in Lightwave. IVCA Internal Communication Award

    IVCA Internal Comunication Award

A video "I'll think about it" directed by Phil Brown has won a prestigious IVCA award. The video was made for Lynx Parcel Carriers as part of a communications exercise to all employees about possible tax and pay changes. Not an immediately exciting subject you may think - but Lynx knew they wanted a new approach that was not full of accountant-speak. Our response was a comedy drama featuring Norman Lovett of Red Dwarf fame. The result: "an entertaining and lively explanation of a complex subject" said the IVCA judges.
