Why 3D?

    The arguements for three dimensional imagery can be summed up in three words:

3D has undeniable impact - that is why it is being used increasingly by marketing departments across the world.
Intrigue, yes, it has that too. People look twice at a 3D picture, they can't help it.
We may think we live in a 3D world but almost all of our visual material (from newspapers to TV) that we see
everyday is resolutely and boringly 2D. Suddenly coming across a 3D image intrigues us.
It grabs, entices, beguiles us - and wins us over... which is another reason why marketing departments across the world
(and others of discernment trying to attract attention to their message) are taking a long hard look at 3D.
     

    And then there is clarity. You can genuinely get a better, more "all round" understanding of a subject with 3D -
    hence its use by medical and engineering organisations.
