HAROLD has a need to recruit, who and why, he is not sure! He is unprepared and ill equipped.
Yet Harold knows best, because Harold is after all, a Manager! He demonstrates the skills of self deception,
rudeness, patronisation and an inabilty to listen.
He even fails to recognise the talents and loyalty of his long suffering Secretary, Mrs Billings.
He operates a closed door policy and uses his desk as a barrier not a bridge.
